 Glenmoor Gardens is
much, much more than a lovely community of approximately 2,000 homes. Built in
the 1960s as tract of premium single family residences, it's a neighborhood of
tree-lined streets, churches, parks, schools and houses that make this one of
the most family-friendly communities in Fremont.
 A clean, attractive
community, the residents take pride in the appearance and security of the
neighborhood. It is a place where people know each other and gather frequently
to enjoy the company of family and friends.
Major holidays are marked by festivities. Fourth of July will find bikes,
strollers and even lawn mowers decked out and on parade. They are all on their
way to Alta Park where everyone goes for a free swim and low-cost BBQ cookout. A
110-foot tall Redwood in Meyer Park is lit to welcome the Christmas holiday
season with caroling and a visit from Santa, too. Halloween carnivals, an Easter
Bunny visit and an annual flea market...all volunteer coordinated and
run...continue the festive, neighborhood spirit throughout the year.
It's easy to see why many who have grown up here have returned to raise their
own family in the same community they learned to love and enjoy.
Along with neighbouring Glenmanor, this
community is amongst our favorites, and our real estate knowledge of these two
